Subject: Point and Click OpenCommunicator Secure Patient Web Portal
As many of you already know, our patient web portal will "go live" today. PNC OpenCommunicator is a secure patient web portal where our patients manage their own clinical and mental health information. OpenCommunicator will improve our practice's service levels, enhance communication with patients, and maximizes the productivity of our staff.
1. Patients Self-Update Demographic Information.
Through the web portal, our patients can modify and update their demographic information such as name, gender, address, and phone number. This enables our staff to reduce the amount of time spent on data entry and routine updates
2. Patients Have Complete and unrestricted access to Patient Clinic and Mental Health Records.
Providing our patients direct, online access to review, and download their complete scanned and EMR of clinical and mental health history, including prescriptions, diagnosis, allergy and problem lists, via the Internet.
3. Patient Total Access for Completed Lab Results and Tests.
Allowing our patients to automatically receive ALL lab result and tests when they are complete. Patients can view both an interpretation and raw data of the results online.
4. Patient to provider/Provider to Patient Secure Messaging
Providing a confidential and convenient method of communication for our patients to contact providers regarding questions that do not require a full visit; used by providers to provide general information, or follow-up instructions.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Don

Beef with Black Bean Sauce Over Rice
My new favorite lunch spot is the new CK Cafe at the corner of Stockton Blvd and 65th Express Way. Their version of Beef with Black Bean Sauce is something to rave about.
